Tras triunfar en el verano de 1999 con "In My Eyes" y con "Promise", los de Milk Inc. no pararon de sacar buena música. Su siguiente éxito llegó a finales del mismo año 99, se trataba de Oceans.
La canción está bien por sí misma, pero es que además había unos cuantos remixes (a destacar el de Pulsedriver) que la convirtieron en todo un clásico, y por si fuera poco de varios géneros: dance, progreessive, trance y máquina (happy hardcore).
